• Register by filling an application form using your Ejamaat ID and Password. In case you do not have the ID or password, kindly contact Ejamaat Office, Mumbai. 
• No application will be considered after the registration period that is 12th Rabiul Awwal 1431h.
• Instructions will be posted on this website as well as by email.
• Selection of Accomodation Catagories is subject to availability.
• Lawazemaat to be made at Mecca (excluding Madina Lawazemaat and Zabihat) will be informed to you at a later date.
• Catagory A Near Haram Shareef
• Catagory B at Aziziyah about 4-5 km from Haram Shareef. Bus facility available.
• Mehram name for ladies is compulsary. Mehram should travel with you in the same flight.
• Safai Chitthi will be required
• Hujjaj Kiram from all over the world must reach Makkah Mukarramah by 30th Zilqadah 1431h.
• After Haj it is advised that no Haji shall leave Makkah before 15th Zilhajjah 1431h.
• All Hujjaj are advised to follow these instructions strictly.
• For Haj Committee Applicants the "TASREEH" will be issued by Fayz-e-Husainy only for those whose names have been approved by Sigatul Haj.
• No personal enquiries or correspondence regarding approval will be entertained.

After Registration for International Flight Applicants

• International Flight applicants who have been approved by Sigatul Haj or by Aamil Saheb, have to collect their Approval Letter from Aamil Saheb.
